Dear students of BG Badminton,
Thank you for training with us. We feel very blessed to have been chosen to guide you in your badminton journey and it is BG Team’s goal to provide flexible, quality and accessible training for you.
We have reached out to many of you over the past few weeks to seek your feedback, and we thank you for taking time and effort to share your views. There have been two major preferences highlighted.
Firstly, many students prefer 2-hour classes. Our 3-student requirement for a 2-hour classes has reduced attendance as many have found it a hassle to travel for a 1-hour classes. Secondly, students want better segmentation of class levels and requested for new classes with players of closer skill levels. However, we have previously been unable to make changes as our margins are too low to support the opening of new classes. To enable improvements for all students, we will be raising our base rates by $5 per lesson to the following rates:
4 sessions package from $120 to $140
12 sessions package from $300 to $360
With the revised rates, we are able to offer from 1 Mar 2019:
1. For a 2 hour class, there is a reduction of the 3 student requirement to 2 students. Based on our records, it is rare to have a single student in the class, thus it will now be very likely that everyone can enjoy 2 hour classes.
2. Opening of more classes that band players of closer playing standards. Students will experience training with players of a comparable skill level, and enjoy better upward progression through class levels.
To show our appreciation to all our current students, we will offer current students till end of February to sign up / top up your packages at the old rates. For example, if you do not have a package with us, you can sign up from now till end of February at the lower rates. If you have a 4 sessions package, you can top up to 12 sessions as well. Also, all packages will be valid for 1 full year from the month you sign up.
