Welcome to the BG Badminton Team

Dear Coaches,
As a coach, you hold a very important role as badminton lovers from all over Singapore depend on you to shine your passion and inspiration on them.
Here are some important tips to get you started.
Commitment to Maximum Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction. Please be responsive to customer requests and accommodate their preferences. For example, on our Home Page, we have “Our coaches want you to have lots of fun too! Want to learn a smash shot just to look cool? Tell them and they’ll be so excited to teach you!”
As long as you feel the customer is able to learn a technique, please do it. If not, explain to them the reason and let them know when you can teach them.
Even if you feel a particular move they requested is of limited use, and the time spent could be better put to other use, teach them what they want anyway. This way, they will be happy and stay with us, giving us plenty of time to progress in other areas later.
We also regularly collect feedback from customers through feedback forms. We will let you know the feedback and how you can improve customer satisfaction. If you are doing well, we will let you know too.
Standard Operating Procedure
*Note: Coaching is not allowed at Community Centres and some places, thus always be careful not to mention that you are coaching for money but rather helping a neighbor/friend for a company or school event or other excuses.
- Check and inform students of upcoming & next training schedule, 2-3 days before the lesson. This acts as an important reminder to students.
- Collection of cash payments from the student.
- Update the organizer of the class attendance & cash collected after class ** Important**
Taking Leave
-
- Inform organizer at least 2 weeks in advance so that he can make the necessary arrangements
-
- Be prepared to explain to the students the reason you are taking leave
-
- Discuss with the organizer on the possible alternative arrangements
If need any help or clarifications, please let me know. We also value your suggestions, so do let me know. I will be most happy to hear from you.
You are now ready to make an impact to the badminton community. It’s a fulfilling job filled with passion and love. Good luck!
